She is a business woman and mother of 3 children. She weights 101 kilos and weighs 155 centimeters with a BMI of 42. She says she suffered from chaist pain and back pain.When she went to a doctor she was told she should lose weight. she started exercising and changed her eating habits. She says people respect here size in Kenya and call her Big Mama, a compliment. Obesity is no longer a problem confined to wealthy nations.
