Cecilia Chuc Nahuat, 62, and her sister María Isabel Chuc Nahuat, 59, prepare cotzobes at Cecilia' home in Nacuché, Yucatán, Mexico on April 25, 2023. The cotzobes are wrapped in banana leaves, placed in a pot and steamed on the fire. Cotzobes is a pre-Hispanic Mayan delicacy often eaten during festivals.
